These terms apply to your use of this website, to consultations and treatment at Farzeen's Fitness First, and to orders from our supplements shop. By using the site, booking a consultation or placing an order, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Medical information on this website

The articles and information on this website are general education, written by Dr. Farzeen Malik. They are not medical advice for you personally and do not replace a consultation. A doctor and patient relationship begins only once you have had a consultation with us.

If you have a medical emergency, contact your nearest emergency department. Do not wait for a reply from us.

Booking a consultation

Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Our team will contact you on WhatsApp to confirm your slot and share the details. We aim to reply within 30 minutes during working hours.

Consultations take place at the clinic in Gulberg, Lahore, or online by video. Online consultations are not suitable for every situation, and Dr. Farzeen may ask to see you in person.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please tell us at least 24 hours before your appointment so we can offer the slot to another patient.

Treatment and results

Every treatment plan is based on your own assessment. Results depend on many factors, including your health, your medication and how closely the plan is followed, and they differ from person to person. We cannot guarantee a particular result, and testimonials and case studies on this website describe individual experiences, not a promise of what you will achieve.

Prescription medicines, including Mounjaro (tirzepatide), are only prescribed after a consultation where Dr. Farzeen judges them clinically appropriate. They are never sold through this website. Please tell us about every medicine and supplement you take, any health condition, and whether you are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning a pregnancy.

Fees for protocols

Protocol fees are not listed on this website. Dr. Farzeen's team will explain the fee for any protocol after your consultation, before you commit to it.

Supplements shop

Prices in the shop are in Pakistani rupees. We may change prices or withdraw products at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

Supplements are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Follow the directions on the label or from the clinic. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a health condition, check with us or your own doctor before you start a new supplement.

Orders, payment and delivery

Orders are paid by cash on delivery: you pay the courier when your order arrives. We will contact you to confirm your order before it is dispatched, and we may decline an order we cannot fulfil.

We deliver across Pakistan through our courier partner. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 working days, depending on your city. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Returns and damaged items

For your safety, opened supplements cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

You may return unopened products with their seal intact within 7 days of delivery. Contact us first on WhatsApp or by email to arrange the return.

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.

Content on this website

The text, photographs, videos and branding on this website belong to Farzeen's Fitness First or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but please do not copy our content for commercial use without our written permission.

Our responsibility

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise it is always complete or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility we have that cannot be limited by law, including our professional duty of care to our patients.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lahore.
